Step by step
Open the campaign email
Find Email in the package or filter for Email in Content Library.
Review the message
Check the subject, opening, offer, links and call to action. Keep claims consistent with the related blog and social posts.
Copy or download
Use the available copy or Download .txt action to take the reviewed writing into your email workflow.
Prepare it in your email service
Apply your template, audience, unsubscribe information and sender settings in the service used for the actual send.
Send a test first
Check mobile rendering and every link before sending to subscribers.
What success looks like
You have reviewed newsletter copy ready for your email marketing workflow.
If something goes wrong
Creating an Email output does not by itself confirm a subscriber campaign has been sent. Verify sending capability and delivery in your configured email service.
