Before you begin
Permission to manage WordPress publishing and create an application password.
Step by step
Open the brand Publishing settings
Choose Blog and the WordPress connection option.
Prepare WordPress access
In WordPress, open Users, Profile and Application Passwords. Create an application password for this connection.
Complete the connection form
Enter Site URL, WordPress username and Application password. Use the generated application password, not your normal login password.
Review formatting
Check Categories, Section heading style and Opening title in body. WordPress can display the title separately, so including it in the body can duplicate it.
Confirm and review the first post
Check connection status, then verify the first intentionally published article on the actual site for headings, title, images and links.
What success looks like
The correct WordPress site is connected and the intended formatting is configured.
If something goes wrong
Security plugins or host restrictions can block WordPress access. Keep application passwords private and revoke obsolete credentials.
